Job Title: Senior AI Transformation Specialist

Lead the Way in AI Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Transformation Specialist to lead our end-to-end AI transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models integrated with business operations to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and workflow gaps, and design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers to address these needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess data infrastructure, sources, and readiness for AI, and identify AI opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Engage with customers to ensure solutions align with their data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a consulting or technology services company.
  • Proven experience engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and vector databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance in solution design.
