Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about building the future of AI? We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack engineer to join our team and work with innovative companies in the US. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize AI models with efficient code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Improve models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Develop new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Ability to work with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Proficiency in Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
