Job Overview

Lead the civil design engineering activities for MW-scale land-based solar projects and substation projects up to 220kV.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the civil design engineering works, including technical knowledge of RCC and steel design engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with experience in project management, specifically in leading large-scale solar projects. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the team and stakeholders.

  • Technical knowledge on civil RCC and steel design engineering works
  • Capital goods equipment foundation sizing and calculation
  • Design knowledge in building RCC PCC module mounting structure design analysis road drain plumbing switchyard structure design and plant layout

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement civil design engineering strategies for MW-scale land-based solar projects and substation projects
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  3. Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality civil design engineering works
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in project management
  • Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design engineering works
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
