Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain professional accountability for patient care, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  2. Provide Tele-ICU care to a diverse population of critically ill patients across multiple ICUs.
  3. Evaluate and monitor patient progress, identifying subtle changes in medical condition.
  4. Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their families.
  5. Initiate treatment and monitor medication doses as needed.
  6. Respond to medical emergencies, alerting relevant doctors promptly.
  7. Care for patient needs throughout recovery, creating effective care plans.

Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with ICU patient monitoring systems.
  • Assisting or hands-on experience in procedures like intubation, central insertion, ABG sampling.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on ICU experience in well-reputed hospitals.
  • Candidates interested in ACLS/BLS training, research, nurse practitioner profiles, and administrative roles encouraged to apply.
  • IDCCN certification preferred.
Compensation Package

A competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000.
