About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at VitiligoHolla-MelanoSite, Centre of Excellence in Vitiligo.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to patients with chronic skin conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and coordinate with patients and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage phone calls and patient queries, monitoring treatment compliance and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Build strong relationships with patients by providing open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Handle patient complaints and provide solutions within set timeframes, ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution
  • Keep detailed records of patient interactions
  • Follow established communication procedures, SOPs, and policies
  • Engage patients and take a proactive approach to their care
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by higher authorities
Desired Profile:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in at least two languages relevant to the clinic's location and patient demographics is essential. The ideal candidate should have a strong intent to work in patient care, particularly with chronic conditions like Vitiligo.

A qualification like ANM, GNM, DPharma, BPharma, MSW, or DMLT would be desirable, but not mandatory. Other degree holders with good communication skills and experience in clinics or hospitals are also considered.

Up to 2 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare sector is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of 1.8 lac to 3 lac per annum, commensurate with experience and required skills. Our company operates in Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata, offering opportunities for professional growth and development in the medical/healthcare/hospital industry.
