Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors in clinical procedures, and promoting a safe and nurturing environment for our patients. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering excellent healthcare services to our patients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in nursing, a valid state nursing license, and 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and protocols is essential. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a compassionate attitude towards patients and their families are also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including documenting patient information, treatments, and medications.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, following established protocols.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practices.
