About the Role

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients in their home or clinical setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing nursing care plans
  • Monitoring client's vital signs and assessing patient's holistic needs
  • Providing client and family education
  • Collaborating with physicians, staff nurses, and other healthcare team members
  • Administering oral and subcutaneous medications while ensuring medication safety
  • Documenting nursing care, medications, treatment, and procedures using the company's Nurses Buddy application
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse from your country of origin
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Registered Nurse
