Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams, baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritize value. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering cost-out programs, shaping Industry 4.0 roadmaps and building business cases. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams.
  • Strong business development and innovation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
