Senior SAP Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Manufacturing Specialist to lead the delivery of our SAP projects in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans, allocating resources, timelines, and milestones. Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery of SAP projects.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Optimize SAP solutions for manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and supply chain management. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • SAP Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, including SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, PS, and analytics tools like Data Lake and Tableau. Ensure best practices in SAP implementation and customization.
  • Integration and Technical Skills: Proficient in integration of third-party business applications, BASIS, and GRC. Manage and oversee the integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and functional experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within manufacturing operations using SAP.

Required Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with 10-12 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the manufacturing industry. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its implementation in manufacturing environments is also required.
