Public Health Building Information Modeller

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Health Building Information Modeller to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience with BIM software, and excellent collaboration skills.

The role involves creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. This includes working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.

Key responsibilities include ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality models that comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.

Overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in engineering with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks is essential.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is preferred.
