Building Information Modeler

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models for architectural and structural services.
- Conduct quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Prepare comprehensive drawing packages and coordinate design development from concept to construction through BIM processes.
- Manage 3D models, review model quality, and analyze clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
- Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
Software Proficiency:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Dynamo
- Recap
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and be proficient in creating parametric and non-parametric families. Experience in scan-to-BIM and PDF-to-CAD projects is also desirable.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
