Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, engineering, and fabrication of custom architectural products.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and 3D modelling experience using Revit Software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials, and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  • Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modelling: Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
  • Documentation: Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bluebeam review of drawings.
