Job Overview

This role involves driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating strategic plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, and measuring progress.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving complex programs, forming a portfolio of workstreams that achieve business objectives.
  • Leveraging techno-functional expertise to drive multi-disciplinary and multi-product technology projects.
  • Ensuring planning through deep discovery, scope, and feature set of programs, understand and articulate detailed requirements with internal stakeholders, and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Understanding systems interdependencies and leading cross-functional teams towards technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicating analysis and recommendations to executives as well as discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for data and solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, APIs, and technologies.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent with 15+ years of industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry managing aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
  • Expertise in change & risk management methodologies, project management tools, techniques, project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports.
