Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our organization in the role of Customer Support Representative.

  • This position involves providing exceptional support to customers via email during their working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by handling all interactions with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer support or client service roles.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in the UK shift (typically 1 PM to 10 PM IST).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
