As a skilled professional, you should possess exceptional creative thinking skills to craft innovative designs based on client needs and preferences. Regular communication with clients is essential to understand their vision and adapt your approach accordingly.
- To own the sales funnel and drive successful closure of deals.
- To ensure exceptional customer experience throughout project duration.
- To lead and oversee the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
- To manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning a graduation degree or relevant diploma; 15 years' academic education.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior designer.
- Led and delivered at least 5 to 6 residential projects.
- Holds in-depth knowledge of design tools such as PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
- Holds expertise in various design areas including conceptual, technical, modular, and civil works.
- Holds the ability to create detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
- Holds sales expertise in driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches and leading design meetings with clients.
- Holds behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
