Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design for Test (DFT) Engineer to join our team. As a DFT Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the definition and implementation of DFT architectures for complex Systems-on-Chip (SoCs).

Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and delivering scan, Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST), and boundary scan insertion and validation.

  • You will develop and debug scripting solutions using Python, Perl, and TCL to automate DFT flows.
  • Collaboration with RTL designers, verification engineers, and physical design teams is essential to ensure seamless DFT integration.
  • You will work closely with EDA vendors to evaluate, deploy, and optimize DFT tool flows.
  • Automating repetitive tasks using scripting is crucial to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also support test vector generation and validation for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the DFT team.Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing DFT architectures for complex SoCs.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and TCL.
  • Experience working with EDA tools and vendors.
