At the forefront of digital innovation, we seek a highly skilled DFT Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge architectures with a strong focus on MBIST for advanced SoCs.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of MBIST IPs, test insertion, and verification infrastructure, with a proven track record of developing and integrating complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DFT architecture with emphasis on MBIST for advanced SoCs
  • Integrate MBIST IPs, generate test insertion and verification infrastructure
  • Develop and manage DFT planning, insertion, simulation, and pattern generation processes
  • Perform ATPG and MBIST pattern generation, debug failures from silicon bring-up, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high coverage and test quality in scan and MBIST, and support yield improvement activities post-silicon

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in DFT with strong focus on ATPG, SCAN, and MBIST
  • Proficient in tools such as Synopsys DFT Compiler, Tessent (Mentor), or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of scan insertion, ATPG, boundary scan, and JTAG
  • Experience with memory test algorithms, repair analysis, and pattern generation
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Python) for automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
