This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures
  • Conducting quality audits, performing inspections, and identifying quality issues for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical engineering or Diploma with adequate experience. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or a similar role is necessary.

You will also benefit from knowledge of Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII), ISO knowledge, familiarity with 7 QC tools, and experience in Oil & Gas processes. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, attention to detail, technical understanding, design skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
