Senior User Experience Designer

This is a senior-level position for an experienced user experience designer to join our team. As a senior user experience designer, you will lead the design of our platform's user experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS. They should have a proven track record of shipping both B2C and B2B products, with expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive, and motion/interaction prototyping tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and leading complex systems, dashboards, chat, calls, and fintech platforms. They should also have experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery.

We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking. They should also have empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
Requirements
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools
