Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language for multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Conceptualisation and Execution: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, and films.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ideas that align with brand strategy.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Requirements & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns).
  • An excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • An ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
