Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients/clients prior to claims submission.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management, and possess strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and payer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Eligibility Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients/clients prior to claims submission.
  • Claims Processing: Review, process, and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure quality standards and adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and compliance guidelines.
  • Account Resolution: Analyze outstanding accounts, identify discrepancies, and work toward account resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and customer service for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and payer guidelines.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
