Job Description

As a seasoned product manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient access and front-end experience portfolio. Your expertise in leading front-end digital product development, user-centric design, and intuitive user interfaces will be instrumental in creating scalable digital solutions that improve access to care.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define product roadmaps, evolve front-end tools, and identify bottlenecks in the pre-visit experience. Your analytical skills will enable you to translate complex workflows into usable digital tools, driving innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–13 years of experience in healthcare product management, with direct exposure to patient access, front-end workflows, or revenue cycle management.
  • Deep understanding of prior authorization processes, payer-provider interactions, and eligibility workflows.
  • Strong experience in leading front-end digital product development, UI/UX, dashboards, and portals.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate complex workflows into usable digital tools.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with designers, engineers, and healthcare SMEs.
