Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories. You will also serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.

Our team is dedicated to closing healthcare gaps with digital pathology. If you have strong experience in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), we want to hear from you

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
