Job Description

Solution Consultant Role:

  • Bridging the Technical-Business Divide: Connect prospects with our solution's value proposition, ensuring customer success.
  • Pre-Sales Solution Expert:
    • Understand prospect pain points, align our solution with unique needs.
    • Deliver impactful product demos that balance technical depth with business relevance.
    • Translate complex technical jargon into clear, relatable value propositions.
    • Distinguish what's achievable today versus tomorrow in the sales process.
  • Customer Success Advocate:
    • Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers, guiding them from 'purchase' to 'productive' without hiccups.
    • Nurture lasting relationships as a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver.
    • Maintain visibility into product adoption and usage trends, intervene proactively before issues escalate.
    • Routine reviews showcasing customers' ROI and hinting at untapped potential.
    • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities framed as customer value rather than revenue.
  • Internal Collaborator:
    • Partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams, feeding real-world customer insights back into product roadmap discussions.
    • Create and maintain solution assets – demo scripts, FAQs, best-practice guides – to scale team impact.
    • Act as both the prospect's and customer's voice internally.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/technical background beneficial. 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Sales + Tech Hybrid: Communicate business outcomes with executives, discuss APIs or integrations with engineers.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven track record building trust, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Pro: Confident presenter simplifying complexity.
  • Analytical + Creative: Problem-solving mindset designing practical and impressive solutions.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM, demo automation, and SaaS productivity tools.
