Procurement Manager Role

We are looking for a skilled procurement manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial and procurement aspects within IT categories, ensuring proper spend categorization, and developing successful relationships with suppliers.

  • Ensure proper spend categorization.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic/tactical projects, apply sourcing approaches, and draft detailed statements of work.

The successful candidate will lead and execute these projects, manage senior stakeholders, and establish relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sourcing approaches and draft detailed statements of work.
  • Lead and execute strategic/tactical projects.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and establish relationships.
Qualification
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Significant experience of procurement/sourcing and contracting for Cloud Services.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience or good understanding of electronic procurement/sourcing tools (Ariba, Ivalua, PeopleSoft, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source/Procure-to-Pay processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Ability to extract detailed procurement requirements from internal business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into contract language.

This role requires strong analytical skills, including the ability to use Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint to support analytical techniques and presentation of data.
