Job Title: Interior Designer – Interior Fit-out

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and developing design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of interior fit-out projects, excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in a range of design software including AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

  • Design and develop interior spaces that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design requirements and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
