Job Description

We are seeking a Space Design Specialist to lead the design process for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients from initial meetings to final project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing customized space design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Create detailed designs and production drawings for manufacturing, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Analyze sales reports and project timelines to identify areas for improvement and optimize client satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution (minimum 2 years).
  • Site experience is essential, with the ability to ensure proposed designs are installable with minimal site hassle.
  • A customer-centric approach, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
  • Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Google Sketchup software and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required.

Bonus Points: If you have exposure to commercial projects or experience with other design software, it's a plus
