
Parametric Insurance Business Growth Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business development for the Parametric Insurance vertical.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Parametric Insurance, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Establish a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal closures through effective relationship-building and negotiation with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Agriculture, Climate Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in parametric or climate-risk insurance, reinsurance, or rural financial services.
