Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Sales team as a Pre-Sales Support Professional.

This role will involve providing direct support to customers in the India region, covering the North Region for Pre-sales activity and other parts of India as required.

  • Prospect and develop business opportunities for EfficientIP in the India region.
  • Cover the North Region for Pre-sales activity and other parts of India as required.
  • Target Large Enterprise customers across the Market, focusing on companies looking for DDI solutions or those replacing existing DDI solutions.
  • Deliver Pre-Sales support aligned with defined objectives and compensation plans.
  • Maintain relationships with key players, including final customers and partners.
  • Ensure EfficientIP provides high-quality service in the territory and protects existing maintenance renewals.

The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting technical sales of enterprise network solutions to major corporate accounts.

They should have knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPv4/v6, UNIX Admin, switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments.

A Bachelors Degree is required, and the ability to travel as needed is essential.

Applicants must have excellent organizational skills, be great at working independently, and possess a natural ability to build strong relationships with people.

They should also be curious, creative, and fearless.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in technical sales of enterprise network solutions to major corporate accounts.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPv4/v6, UNIX Admin, switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.

  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with people.
