Senior Financial Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  2. Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
  3. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  5. Coordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and minimal discrepancies.
  6. Providing financial guidance and support to non-financial managers to help them make informed business decisions.
  7. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to optimize financial performance.
  8. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:
