The Candidate:

A qualified or semi-qualified CA with hands-on experience in every stage of Accounting, Financial and Management reporting, Month End and Year End closing, is required.

\

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic Microsoft tools is essential, while advanced Excel skills are a must.

\

Knowledge of Canadian Accounting & Tax Laws, Canadian GAAP, and IFRS is considered an added advantage but not mandatory.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing teams and accounting software such as Quick Book Online, Quick Books Desktop, Xero, and Sage.\
  • Ensuring detailed oriented, problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and experienced in managing teams and accounting software.\
  • Learning new accounting software, including Canadian Payroll Software like Quick Book, Ceridian, and Wage Point.\
  • Providing aptitude and skills to learn new accounting software.\
  • Meeting deadlines and solving problems effectively.\
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.\
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with Canadian Accounting and Tax Laws.\
