We are seeking an accomplished Sales Professional to lead our sales efforts in the Alwar region. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture, interior design, or related fields, who is passionate about innovative client solutions and skilled in developing strong business relationships.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the architecture and interior design sectors.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that meet client needs.
- Nurture long-term client partnerships and grow existing business through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Develop strategic marketing materials and case studies to support business growth.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform future business development strategies.
- Track key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) to measure business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to drive business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Creative problem-solving approach to overcome business challenges.
- Experience with innovative design solutions or furniture-focused companies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
