We're on the hunt for an experienced paid media specialist to join our performance marketing department.

About the Role

This is a key position in which you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful results for our clients.

  • Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
  • Develop conversion-focused strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Execute audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per action (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC) and optimize daily
  • Collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives and angles
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actions
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, Google Tag Manager, and attribution

You'll have exposure to advanced funnel building and tracking setups, working directly with founders and 9-figure ad spend strategists. With clear KPIs, fast learning, and career growth opportunities, this role is ideal for someone looking to take their skills to the next level.
