Overview


FolkServ is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our implementation project team, you will be responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.



About the Role


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.



Job Description


We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who can work as a team member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. You will participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager, create High Level and Low-Level Design Documents, share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project, produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements, and produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.



Responsibilities



  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager
  • Create High Level and Low-Level Design Documents in ServiceNow proposals
  • Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
  • Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Participate in internal projects as required
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training


Preferred Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and ITAM. They must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. The candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Additional preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ability to train the rest of the team for various technical roles, experience with ITAM, ITBM (PPM) and Service Portal, advanced experience in ITAM, ITBM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, HRSD, CSM and Scope Applications, ServiceNow e-bonding with proprietary or custom developed solutions, strong presentation and communication skills, ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs, knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, and experience managing expectations and priorities.
