We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design Specialist to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 10-25 years of experience in designing plumbing and fire fighting systems, including producing concept designs, schematic designs, and construction designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create design documents for plumbing and fire fighting systems, including tender drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to determine functional requirements and spatial needs.
  • Prepare project schedules, design documentation, and costing for bidding.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress.

Requirements:

  • 10-25 years of experience in MEP design, with a focus on plumbing and fire fighting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
