Expert Systems Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that transform customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • You'll work closely with our product development team to craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Deploy, monitor, and fine-tune our conversational agents for large HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.
  • Partner with stakeholders to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Crafting Integrations: You'll design and implement seamless integrations between our platform and external systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimizing downtime.

Conversational Agent Management: You'll deploy, monitor, and fine-tune our conversational agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences, escalating issues promptly when necessary.

Root-Cause Analysis: When issues arise, you'll lead root-cause analysis efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems efficiently.

Enhancement Rollout: You'll partner with stakeholders to develop and implement enhancements that drive business growth, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Expertise in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).
