Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Specialist
">Description:
">- Create detailed design deliverables, including specifications for instrumentation and control systems, functional loop schematics, and installation drawings.
- Develop instrument indexes, I/O lists, logic diagrams, and datasheets for instruments.
- Design control room layouts, cable and junction box schedules, wiring and interconnection drawings, and other supporting documents.
- Review and update process flow diagrams, 3D models, and instrumentation layouts.
- Analyze and perform hands-on experience in design calculations, including sizing of instruments, control valves, and safety devices.
- Familiarize yourself with relevant industry standards and codes applicable to food and beverage manufacturing plants.
- Have knowledge of electrical schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specifications, as well as instrument selection for various field instruments.
Responsibilities:
">- Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Participate in selecting and specifying instruments for hazardous areas.
