Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering JLL's best practices in occupancy planning and management to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in serving as an account leader for delivery of occupancy planning and management solutions. You will bring industry insight and thought leadership to your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and teams.
Main Responsibilities
Foster relationships between various individuals and organizations, ensuring coordination and collaboration among different JLL businesses. Ability to go above and beyond to help with any tasks that might come your way and solve problems effectively. Thinking strategically, simplifying complex issues, seeing the big picture, and driving results are essential requirements of the job. You should thrive on change with an appetite for risks, be proactive, and innovative with solutions. A desire to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems / processes and client deliverables is also required. Managing spaces attentively, planning and managing portfolios, maximizing space, and assisting clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves will be your major focus areas. This involves reviewing, preparing, and updating project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand, reporting on current supply and capacity, and forecasting inventory changes.
About You
We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, including active listening, verbal, written, and visual communication abilities, who can engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving approach, and process orientation are essential. Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness is required to drive results and find ways to get things done. Flexibility, adaptability, resilience, and tenacity are necessary to work in ambiguous situations. Commercially and financially astute individuals are highly valued.
