Job Title: Store Operations Associate

The selected candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth inventory operations, accurate record-keeping, and efficient communication with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of inventory management, familiarity with ERP systems, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Internal Stakeholder Support:
  • Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination:
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications).
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and report discrepancies to procurement/quality teams.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers as per company standards.
  • Generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials in line with safety and quality standards.
  • Adhere to audit requirements related to inventory and stores management.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Commerce or relevant field and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup. Strong knowledge of inventory management is essential.
