Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with our organization's strategic objectives.

The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing full-scale project plans, and associated communication documents. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, identify and manage project risks and issues, and track project performance.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
