We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead software development projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment of business goals with technical requirements and translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Assess resources needed for software development, ensuring optimal utilization, and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Estimate effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
  • Ensure risks are managed effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of project updates.
  • Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial.
  • Agile certification is also beneficial.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
