About the Role:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting customer requirements. This role demands strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.

  • Extensive experience managing product and software engineering projects
  • Able to connect with customers, translate their needs into requirements, and negotiate priorities
    • Establish a strong engineering team with respect, empathy, and excellent engineering practices
      • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions
      • Seek diverse solutions and question the status quo while respecting opinions
      • Partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions
      • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles
      • Breadth of experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different business areas
      • Able to stitch complete workflows that accelerate business growth
      • Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, Python, React.js, or Angular
      • Experience in cloud architecture and technology
      • In-depth experience with application, front-end, middle-layer, backend stacks
      • Anchoring engineering teams as a go-to-person to understand issues
      • Strong foundation of agile ways of working

Key Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience working with technical teams, system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies like cloud platforms, databases, and APIs
  • Able to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution
  • Proficient in project management tools and development tools
