Project Lead

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring that expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in change management processes, identifying potential impacts and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
  • Support effort estimation and resource allocation.
  • Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting, ensuring transparency within the team.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Proficient in documentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
