Project Lead - Banking Domain

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to manage high-impact projects in the banking domain. As a project lead, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
