Chief Financial Operations Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, managing accounts payable/receivable, and resolving discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. They should be proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, and possess experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all payments are made on time and that invoices are accurately processed.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in the accounting records.
The Senior Accountant will also supervise the accounting team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and participate in fiscal audits.
This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility to work from home. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
