Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven NRI Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our insurance products and services.
- Counseling: Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- 0-4 years experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
