We're looking for a driven professional to excel as an Insurance Manager.
Job Summary:
As an Insurance Manager, you will drive life insurance sales through direct client engagement and field visits. This is a performance-oriented role that offers attractive incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, reference networks, and market activities to achieve sales targets
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven field sales experience in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
