Job Position: Relationship Manager

At Anlage Infotech India P Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
• Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
• Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
• Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
