Master Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role:

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing staff schedules to align with forecasted workloads. They will collaborate with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively. Additionally, they will manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests while ensuring service coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling queries, conflicts, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate and improve scheduling processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduling or planning role within a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes in a contact center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with workforce management (WFM) tools such as Aspect, Alvaria, JEX, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scenario modeling and understanding staffing cost implications.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and performance metrics (e.g., Service Level, Occupancy, ASA).
