**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Global Trade Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classify customs trade HTS & ECCN for spare parts and other products imported/exported.
  2. Assist in data collection and record keeping related to compliance.
  3. Support training and audit activities for trade compliance.
  4. Generate and analyze reports on trade compliance.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis of international trade issues, recommend solutions for corrective actions.
  6. Assist with inquiries related to product classifications.
  7. Participate in various projects assigned by trade management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Have a strong understanding of import and export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, Customs entry process, etc.
  • Be able to conduct classification analysis using various trade tools such as GRIs, CROSS rulings, WCO explanatory notes, and other classification tools.
